Erotic Transference
Presenter Margaret Allan PsyD

“What’s love go to do, got to do with it
What’s love but a second hand emotion
…Who needs a heart when a heart can be broken” Tina Turner

In this session of our series we will look at how to begin to think about this rich area of potential vulnerability for both patient and therapist. We will look at ways to investigate the less conscious clinical material as it presents often in an enactment of intense emotional thickness for both parties.

Margaret will use a clinical example to elucidate these ideas.
